When a GM openly dismisses feedback with toxic sarcasm, ( & then gas-lights players after they make an effort to support the server, ) it might feel like a win to the GM in the moment - but it signals to prospective players that staff aren't serious & too thin-skinned about maintaining a community. People don't stay on servers where feedback is met with toxicity.
